While Happu and Amma are enjoying their breakfast on the lawn, Rajjo begins the episode by serving them. Malaika is at the door, ready to go to work. The request to have breakfast comes from Rajjo. Malaika makes fun of the fact that she is not like a few or Happu who simply sit about and eat paranthas at home and samosas at the police station. She says that she can have breakfast even at the police station. Upon hearing it, Happu becomes outraged.
Malaika leaves the scene unfazed. Happu quits dining. Amma advises him to cool off. Ranbir and Chamchi run to Happu. Happu wonders why they are standing on his head. According to them, Masterji instructed them to have both parents’ signatures on the marks card. Happu wonders whether their marks dropped.
Masterji always gives them lower grades, even though Chamchi says they worked hard. Happu tells them to do well in school and gives them dry fruits as a reward for working hard. She says that everyone is sad these days and that everyone should go to a cold place like Nainital to feel better. The kids agree. Happu says he doesn’t have a lot of cash.
Happu meets Beni at a paan stall and describes his problem. Beni says he got a rich client’s case, and if he wins, he will get a huge fee. Happu wishes him good luck. Happu reaches the police station and discusses his problem with Manohar next. A man walks in to file a complaint and asks for ACP Madam. Happu asks if he can’t see an inspector here.
An individual named Aditya Adesh had scrawled a message on the wall of his house, telling him to sell everything and go to Dehradun. This man recounts his dire situation. Upon entering, the commissioner inquires of Happu whether he has resolved any cases or stuffed samosas. By “five,” Manohar implies five instances. The individual describes the issue to the commissioner.
The cell phone starts to ring. When Happu answers the phone, a person is complaining that Adrishya Adesh is abducting residents and threatening to relocate.
